About Us

Aleshka Carranza, the owner of The Nail Boutique, is an experienced Licensed Nail Technican with over 10 years of experience. Her nail journey started in high school when she was a receptionist inside a nail salon. She began to practice on her friends and family using the tips she was taught by the Nail Technicians at her job. After graduating from high school, she enrolled in college pursuing a degree in business while also enrolling in beauty school.  She quickly started to build her clientele when she worked and managed many salons in the city of Pittsburgh. 

            In March of 2020, her dream became a reality and she opened The Nail Boutique by Aleshka as a boutique-style studio right in the heart of Pittsburgh. Just one week after opening, the entire state was mandated to shut down due to the COVID-19 pandemic.  

In addition to being a full-time business owner, she also became a beautiful mommy when she was blessed with a healthy baby boy in May! Due to the outstanding amount of love and support by her friends, family, and clientele- she was able to expand just 5 months later into what is now The Nail Boutique. Aleshka is committed to educate women of all levels on how to upgrade their career and take that next step that to many, can be scary and intimidating. She strongly believes that every stylist should be able to build their own brand.
